SUMMER OF GLOVE CAMPS TOUR

White Glove Goalkeeping, conducted its most exciting June camps tour to date. With it’s usual all-star cast of US college and English professional club coaches, supported by the WGG elite academy goal keepers, the tour included an initial boot-camp in Florida, followed by 2 day “DEVELOPMENT & PATHWAYS” camps in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. The tour concluded with a series of 1 day whistle-stop visits to college campuses, where the WGG academy keepers got to train, tour the campus and meet the soccer staff.

WGG founder Pat Johnston - Tony Robinson’s friend of 40+ years, is now planning a major up-scaling of the tour for the summer of 2027, which involves many more camps and a strategic partnership with an English professional football club - *WATCH THIS SPACE FOLKS!”.

During his time at FTIFA, he trained every day with the professional academy U21s and played semi-pro senior football at the highest level possible for non professional foreigners.

Beckham made a very tough decision to choose ETURE in Spain, over FTIFA in England, where he sampled the EFL professional academy lifestyle during White Glove Goalkeeping’s annual post Christmas tour in 2025/26. His time with WGG has seen him develop into a monster workaholic trainer, willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. He will have the intense environment he craves , which includes semi-pro football.

London has taken over from Miles Jernigan, living his dream, training daily with FTIFA’s professional academy U21s. Like Miles he is also playing the highest semi-pro level allowed. Miles is taking a gap year from his undergraduate degree to pursue his dream of professional football - boosted by having a UK passport. He is certainly in the right place to achieve it!

White Glove Goal Keeping's Post Christmas UK Tour 2026/27

POST CHRISTMAS UK TOUR

Planning has started for White Glove Goalkeeping’s annual tour of the north west of England. Based in Liverpool city centre, the keepers will train at the professional academies/training grounds of Everton, Wrexham, Salford City and Fleetwood Town with 1st team and academy coaches. They will also watch professional academy training and games involving Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City and Blackburn U18s/U21s.

Also, they will experience an intense training session with Pat and Tony at Camp Hill in Woolton, where Galacticos Soccer Academy legends such as Antonee JEDI Robinson were developed. There will also be taster visits (including presentations) to a few of our international high-performance academies. Finally, the party will attend Premier League and EFL league games.
